Our Jakarta office is looking for Quantity Surveyor in Cilegon, Indonesia for full-time employment:
Requirements:
Key Performance Indicators: -
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical management.
• 10 years of general construction QC or QS function experience, or related field.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert in calculating progress work and step and compare it between plan and actual progress.
• Experienced in material checking, inspection phase procedure would be desirable.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and QC issue would be preferred.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Analyze computerized materials requirements planning (MRP), verify component or raw material availability, and create stock transfer orders on requests for material delivery to Service.
• Proven strong data analysis and reporting skills and experience with at least 2 years of work in a position with comparable skill requirements.
• Coordination, negotiation, and monitoring of delivery dates.
